Managing a transformation
Nowadays there is a low probability that organizations can meet the objectives they have set for a transformation. Generally, it is less than 30%. That is why we at Human Group have developed our own model that substantially increases the probability of success in a process of this type.
We call this model “The 10 Elements for Successful Organizational Transformations”.
In constructing and consolidating the model, Human Group is constantly researching how to fine tune it. To this end we have invested an important part of our resources. As a result Human Group has been able to increase the level of success on transformation projects, thereby generating demonstrable benefits for our clients.
